As tradition dictates, the year 2021 for DATACOL has kicked off with a meeting with all its collaborators and workers. Replete with symbolic value, this key event was held on line and, contrasting with the physical remoteness of the occasion, there was a close connection in terms of plans and goals.
2021 is going to be a year of challenges, experimenting and seeking out new certainties.
The Management has shared its vision and strategies for the future with all its collaborators.
Our first priority and a key part of all future strategies relates to CORPORATE VALUES and the concept of a company seen as a “community of people”. If Datacol wants to achieve the ambitious growth goals it has set itself, it will be essential, this year more than any other, to bring on board the best talents around, keep training the human capital we already have and strengthen teamwork. By working together, we innovate, motivate each other, adapt more readily to changing circumstances and accomplish even the most challenging goals.
Second on our list of 2021-strategy priorities is the CUSTOMER. A precious asset for any business, customers have always been a vital linchpin and invaluable part of Datacol Group’s philosophy.
Datacol’s world has always been, and will always be, Customer-centric. New products and promotions will meet evolving and different needs, but there will also be new communication channels and fresh contents to help us interact with our customers more effectively.
Last but not least, there are our GROWTH EXPECTATIONS which can be summed up as an aspiration to double our turnover by 2025.
New investments, new launches and the spotlight on people, whether they be workers, collaborators or customers, are all essential components of a game plan that will help the Datacol Group to move forward towards its ultimate goal of reaching a turnover of 200 million by the year 2025.
