LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data indicated on this page is processed by the Data Controller as deemed necessary for the management of the site, based on specific information, and where necessary on the basis of consent, to offer and carry out the services offered by the site itself.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal functioning, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, addresses in URI/URL notation (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment. This data, which is necessary for the use of web services, is also processed for the purpose of: obtaining statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors per hour or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.); checking the correct functioning of the services offered. The browsing data does not last for more than the time strictly necessary to guarantee the functioning of the site and is deleted immediately after its aggregation (except for any need to ascertain criminal offenses requested by Judicial Authorities). Data provided by the user The optional, explicit and voluntary forwarding of messages to the contact addresses, as well as filling out and forwarding the forms found on the sites, involve the acquisition of the sender’s contact data, which is needed to reply, as well as all personal data included in notifications.

Cookies and other tracking systems
We do not use cookies for user profiling, nor are other tracking methods used. Rather, session cookies (non-persistent) are used and are strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient browsing of the sites. The storage of session cookies in the terminals or browsers is monitored by the user, whereas on the servers, at the end of the HTTP sessions, information regarding cookies remains recorded in the service logs, with storage times that do not exceed seven days, similar to other browsing data.

DATA RECIPIENTS
Possible recipients of the data collected, when consulting the sites listed above, may be subjects designated, pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulations, as data controllers for the development, delivery and operational management services of the technological platforms used. The personal data collected is also processed by the Controller’s staff, which acts on the basis of specific instructions provided for the purposes and methods of the processing itself.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
The data subjects have the right to obtain, where applicable, access to personal data and its correction or deletion or the limitation of processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (Articles 15 onwards of the Regulation). The relevant request can be sent to the contacts indicated above.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
The data subjects who believe that the processing of their personal data on this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation, have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulation, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
